Although it wasn't the result we desired, today's fixture with Old Southendian was a special day as we celebrated our Club Captain, Patrick Cannon's 250th appearance for the Rams.

A product of the Rams youth teams, Pat made his first appearance for the adult section as a 16 year old in the A / 3rd Team back in the 2008/9 season. Having made sporadic appearances across the various teams before heading to university, he quickly became a 1st team regular on his return and has been a stalwart of the Rams ever since. He has embraced the role of Club Captain this year with gusto
